Addictions and Mental Health Ontario (AMHO) and Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario (CMHA Ontario) are joining forces to call on political parties to commit to urgently-needed investments in mental health and addictions care.

Meanwhile, more than 5,900 Ontarians have added their name to CMHA Ontario’s petition, which calls for mental health and addictions care to receive equal funding to physical care. Visit erasethedifference.ca and sign the petition.
Join thousands of Ontarians in letting provincial candidates know that it’s time to invest #wherechangehappens and #erasethedifference.
By supporting the AMHO and CMHA Ontario campaigns, you’re helping raise awareness that mental health and addictions services in Ontario remain chronically underfunded compared to other parts of the health system. Without regular and ongoing investment into the system, people coming forward to seek help can end up languishing while they wait for service.
