On November 17, the Excellence Through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP) joins teams and organizations across the province to celebrate the culmination of the Change Day campaign.
A partnership between Addictions & Mental Health Ontario, Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario and Health Quality Ontario, E-QIP participated in Change Day Ontario by pledging to continue to the project’s commitment to quality improvement in community mental health and addiction. To date, the project has provided more than 2,000 participants with quality improvement training, supported 29 organizations with coaching and support, and provided 404 community of practice members with access to quality improvement resources.
Over the past two months, the Change Day Ontario campaign encouraged individuals to pledge small actions that will collectively bring positive change to the health system. With more than 4,500 pledges now made in Ontario, participants will come together on November 17 to celebrate the positive change they are creating, and reflect on the impact they’ve made on their community.
You can join E-QIP’s pledge to quality improvement in community mental health and addiction on our Change Day pledge page. You can also participate in Change Day celebrations online by sharing pictures, pledges and ideas with the hashtag #ChangeDayON during a Twitter party at 12:30 pm EST.
