We are pleased to release our Annual Report 2016/2017, which shares highlights of what we have accomplished together in the first year since launching our Strategic Plan 2016-2019 at our Annual Conference in May 2016.

This year’s annual report is a snapshot of the key milestones and accomplishments in each of our four strategic directions:

1. Supporting members in their service delivery
2. Ensuring a comprehensive and accessible system of care
